Taken in Phoenix, AZ. The light is stationary in this one, but I like the composition. The big rock has a cool design and the fact that it’s off center, makes the picture. The textures are nice too: the stippled background and the smooth stripes on the large rock.

    Lucid Waking is a literature and art blog that started as Shades of Pink in 2004. Lucidwaking.net has housed my fiction since June 2006 and shortly after grew to include art and photography. Most of the written work is in a draft phase--although gone through a precursory edit--and should be evaluated with a grain of salt. Every year Lucid Waking grows and gets better and I hope to keep satisfying my readers.
