This was taken at my school (hence the presidents in the background). I don’t really remember who this girl is beyond that she was a student in my psychology class. It was the senior’s last day of school and she had picked up a guitar that belonged to another senior in my class and started playing. I like that she is caught in the moment of trying to play, instead of posing. I also love that guitar. I’ve been meaning to paint this one for a while, now, but I haven’t gotten around to it, yet.
